Elementary/Middle School Activities

The elementary and middle school students enjoy their spirit week of wearing strange outfits, the fun fair, and track and field day. Each grade runs a booth at the fun fair, including the sixth grade dunking booth, the eighth grade water mafia, and a variety of other prize winning activities. Students and Indonesian employees' children run around with a fist full of free tickets to spend at the booths and a bag to fill with prizes.

Each fall semester there is a special day for which much preparation is made in each E/MS class. A three year cycle of International Day, Science Fair, and Language Arts Fair keep interest high. This year's science fair includes hovercraft made from CDs, dish soap lids, and balloons - go kindergarten!

Eighth-graders look forward eagerly to their Eighth Grade Sneak - a secretly planned kidnapping for a day away from school - and the Eighth Grade Celebration - a dress-up event where the parents honor their children and seventh-graders serve and entertain them.

Middle school students often get to participate in after school sports on the junior varsity teams.
